Romanya’ya ilk defa 2018 yılı Ağustos ayında gitmiştik.

OMO Avrupa Ormancılar Konseyi Başkanlığına seçildi

Bu ziyaretin ardından Romen meslektaşlarımız 2018 yılı Aralık ayında Antalya’da misafirimiz oldu.

SKH ve Küresel Orman Hedeflerine Ulaşmada STK’ların Rolü Sempozyumu yapıldı.

Antalya’da aşağıda belirtilen 2 Romen STK’sı ile Orman Mühendisleri Odası “İşbirliği Protokolü” imzaladı.

2019 yılı Mart ayında “Dünya Orman Günü” kutlamaları için OMO’dan bir heyet Romanya’ ya gitti.

Federatia Silva-Romanya’da Uluslararası Orman Günü

Bunun devamında 2019 yılı Nisan ayında Federatia Silva Başkanı Silviu Geana Ankara’da misafirimiz oldu.

Federatia Silva- Romanya Ormancılık Sendikalar Federasyonu (Silva Trade Unions Federation) Romanya’da etkin bir STK.

Her sene düzenli olarak çeşitli uluslararası faaliyetlere ev sahipliği yapıyor.

Bu çerçevede 11-14 Eylül 2019 tarihlerinde “INTERNATIONAL MANIFESTATIONS OF THE FORESTERS ” toplantısına ev sahipliği yapıyor.

Bu etkinliğin programına aşağıdaki belgeden ulaşmak mümkün.

• 12-13 Eylül Programlar
• 14 Eylül Dönüş

Bu seneki toplantı Romanya’ nın kuzeyindeki Băile Felix  şehrinde yapılacak. Bunun için İstanbul’dan Bükreş’e, oradan da iç hatlar ile Cluj Napoca ya uçmak gerekiyor. Bükreş’ten  Cluj Napoca uçakla 50 dakika, otomobil ile 6 saat, tren ile 9 saat veriyor google.

Kaloşvar’dan sonra ise yaklaşık 3 saatlik bir karayolu yolculuğu sonunda Băile Felix şehrine gidilecek. Burası bir termal şehir. Toplantıda buradaki “Hotel Internațional Băile Felix” de yapılacak.

Doğrusu yorucu bir yolculuk gibi görünüyor. Ankara-İstanbul, İstanbul-Bükreş, Bükreş- Cluj Napoca üç uçak yolculuğu. Ardından Cluj Napoca-Băile Felix otomobil yolculuğu. Romen ev sahiplerimiz Cluj Napoca-Băile Felix arası yolculuğu destekleyecekler.

İstanbul’dan Bükreş’e THY’ nin üç seferi var karşılıklı olarak.  İstanbul’dan uçuşa göre Bükreş’ten Cluj Napoca’ ya seçenekler var.

Cluj Napoca’dan Bükreş’ e dönüş biraz daha zor. Sabah çok erken yola çıkmak gerekiyor.

Dear Mr. President

I would like to thank you for your kind invitation for the “INTERNATIONAL MANIFESTATION OF THE FORESTERS” which be held on 11 – 14 SEPTEMBER 2019 in BĂILE FELIX and wish you a successful meeting.

As you know very well, Turkey and Romania have strong political, economic, cultural relations and humanitarian bonds based on deep-rooted historical ties. Turkey and Romania maintain their close relations through high-level dialogue and friendship.

Depending on the mutual commitment to enhance bilateral relations in every field, the level of relations between Romania and Turkey was raised to strategic partnership with the signing of Strategic Partnership Declaration in December 2011. The Action Plan on the implementation of the said document was signed in March 2013.

This cooperation between states is also strengthened by non-governmental organizations. In this context, on December 3, 2018, a “Declaration of Intention” was signed between the Silva Trade Unions Federation and the Chamber of Forest Engineers of Turkey.

Within the framework of this agreement, joint works are continuing. In this regard, we have been grateful for your kind invitation you sent for the “INTERNATIONAL MANIFESTATION OF THE FORESTERS”.  We see that the main theme of the Symposium “Necessity of adapting forestry policies to current and future challenges” has been determined in accordance with today’s agenda and requirements, and preparations are made in a highly professional manner.

The Chamber of Forest Engineers, with about 20 thousand members, is one of the most effective and the most powerful civil society organization of Turkey, has planned to participate to this Conference. But this year is seen serious forest fires in Turkey, a majority of our members has been working on-site for combating these fires. Because of that reason, we could not be able to participate.

As we have noticed recently, we expect a significant increase in forest fires in Northern Europe in the near future. On the other hand, we think that one of the most effective methods of combating climate change is to increase forest products and services. In this context, we think that the concept of “forests and circular economy” should be developed.

 

As the Chamber of Forest Engineers of Turkey, we pay great importance with Romania, especially with our partners with whom we signed the Declaration of Intention, SILVA TRADE UNION FEDERATION and The Forest Progress Society.
