23-24 Kasım 2011 tarihlerinde Avrupa Orman Sözleşmesi Hükümetlerarası Müzakere Heyeti Büro toplantısına katılmak üzere Çek Cumhuriyetinin başkenti Prag’ a gittim.

Dear Mr. Ismail Belen,

This is an invitation to an informal Bureau meeting to be held in Prague, the Czech Republic next week in connection with the on-going preparations for starting negotiations on a Legally Binding Agreement on Forests in Europe. Reference is made to the outcome of the Oslo mandate, in which Turkey is nominated member of the Bureau of the Intergovernmental Negotiating  Committee for a Legally Binding Agreement on Forests in Europe, and to the nomination of you as the representative of Turkey.

The meeting will be next week in Prague in hotel Galaxie (http://www.hotelgalaxie.cz/en). The proposed schedule of the meeting is following:

23 November

  • ·         13:00 – 14:00        joint lunch in the hotel
  • ·         14:00 – 18:00        Bureau meeting
  • ·         19:30                   joint dinner

24 November

  • ·         9:00 – 12:00          Bureau meeting
  • ·         12:00 – 13:00        joint lunch in the hotel
  • ·         13:00 +                Bureau meeting

Toplantıda Çek Cumhuriyeti adına ev sahibimiz  Tarım Bakanlığında çalışan  Katerina Ventřubova idi. Toplantı mekanı ise HOTEL GALAXIE idi.  Şehir merkezine buradan belediye otobüsleri ile gidip geldik.

Katerina gerçekten harika bir toplantı organize etti. Gayet verimli ve rahat-konforlu bir toplantı oldu.
